Delivery terms are quoted per request, not published as a flat policy, because they depend on the destination, the line items and the supply route.

Every quotation states the lead time and the delivery terms that apply to that quotation. Where an Incoterms rule applies it is named explicitly in the quotation; we do not apply a default Incoterms rule silently.

For shipments crossing a customs border, import duties, import VAT and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the importer of record unless the quotation states otherwise in writing.
