Parts supplied by AutoDirectX carry the warranty granted by the manufacturer of the part. We pass through and administer that warranty; we do not shorten it.

Warranty duration differs by manufacturer and by product line, so a single site-wide figure would be inaccurate. The applicable warranty is stated in the quotation and on the manufacturer documentation supplied with the goods.

To raise a warranty claim, write to info@autodirectx.com with the quotation reference, the part number, the vehicle it was fitted to and a description of the failure.

Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect fitment, use outside the manufacturer's specification, or continued operation after a fault became apparent.
