Returns are handled as an RMA process. Raise a return by writing to info@autodirectx.com with the quotation reference, the part number and a description of the issue.

Because AutoDirectX supplies businesses rather than consumers, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not automatically apply. That is a legal distinction, not a reduction of your rights under the sales contract for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Return windows, restocking treatment and who bears return freight are set in the applicable sales contract and are not published here as fixed figures, because stating them without legal approval would be misleading.

Parts relevant to vehicle safety must not be returned as loose items without traceability. Keep the original packaging and any batch or serial marking.
